Products ship 3-5 business days after cleared payment. All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post. We are not currently shipping internationally.

Once the package has left us and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays or if a package is not able to be delivered due to address errors.

Due to the small batch handmade nature of the products we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon arrival. In the event that you receive a damaged or defective merchandise please contact info@anandarituals.ca within 5 days of receipt.
